Our adult swim school empowers you through the same skill progression taught to younger students, but with language and exercises tailored to adults. Whether you want to practice the basics, perfect your stroke, gain endurance, or learn the foundations of water safety, we have a fun and informative class designed to suit your needs. From backyard pool parties with your kids to beach vacations with friends and family, life is full of opportunities to make memories in and around water. Swim classes can be a great fit for swimmers of all abilities, including adults who already have some experience with swimming and beginners who want to overcome their fear of water. Lessons can even help seasoned swimmers refine each stroke to improve their lap times, and they provide helpful coaching for any triathlete who wants to hone their swimming skills to increase speed, endurance and confidence during a triathlon.
